Comfy bed that allowed for a solid night's sleep. The microwave in the room provided a handy way to whip up a snack.

No kettle in the room meant trekking downstairs for hot water, a hassle. The shower had issues, occasionally not getting warm enough. Door to the room felt sticky.

The room was extremely spacious with good amenities. The food was great and there were a good choice of dishes in the menu. Helpful staff suggested restaurants. Location: the hotel was next to the centre, the outskirts of Harrogate and wildlife...

Loved the cozy bed, but the shower could've been warmer!

The bed was comfortable, but there were two long hairs on my pillow. I almost thought about giving a good review, except the shared parking was a joke. As an esteemed guest, i expected a kettle in my room, not just a trust exercise with a key. Very disappointing overall, but at least the bathroom was clean-ish.

The communal kitchen and lounge were fantastic. Glen, the host, was accommodating, even offering breakfast options at a nearby pub.

Absolutely loved the stylish communal lounge and the super comfy bed in my room. The kitchen was great and well-equipped. Perfect little escape from the hustle of city life!

But honestly, finding the place was like a treasure hunt, and my shower had a personality-draining slowly, of course! The morning tea pilgrimage was a bit much for a solo gal!

The Budget Double Room was super comfy, and I really appreciated how clean everything was. The communal kitchen was well-equipped, easy to grab a snack whenever. I loved the tea, coffee, and milk provided. It seemed like a nice touch. Only downside was missing a kettle in the room-had to go downstairs each time for hot water, kinda annoying.

Spacious double room, cute communal kitchen, with excellent free wi-fi, made my stay enjoyable and conveniently located just 19 km from the nearest airport, with access to explore the area.

The stay was enjoyable with a beautiful location that offered free parking, nice storage in the room, and a lovely communal kitchen. Although the shower had drainage issues, the friendly owner provided great assistance and the relaxing atmosphere made it easy to unwind.

Stayed at bramall house for one night and loved the high standard of my budget double room. The communal lounge and spacious kitchen were fantastic, especially with tea, coffee, and milk available. It's conveniently located just on the outskirts of harrogate. The owner was super helpful too.

The room was spacious. the staff were helpful and had a great attitude towards guests. - the location was particularly good, within walking distance to everywhere. - It was very easy to get to from Leeds Bradford airport, just 25 km.

Had a great time during our one-night stay at this place! the location was simply stunning, just a short walk to the town center, surrounded by nature, and with a cozy pub nearby - exactly what we were looking for. 🌳
